Ask if the system has a 2-way interface. Having this allows you to pull up a previously closed check, adjust it and re-close it. very handy. On the surface considering a POS system seems simple enough but you do a good job of highlighting things most either take for granted or don't even consider. Like the hardware support and training. The CTV is a something that I think more business are going to need going into this economy when money is getting tight and temptations rise.
