In an O’Charley’s Restaurant today, a table card caught my eye. It advertised a Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan! What a great idea! They also introduce a bit of showmanship by bringing the glass to the table full of cotton candy and pour the cocktail over it while you watch! I love it. And what a talking point and photo opportunity for your customers.
What specialty drinks do you offer or have you seen that are worth talking about?

How you find ideas for articles, I am always lack of new ideas for articles. Some tips would be great
I had this in North Carolina about a month ago. It was actually pretty good! Not at all too sweet like I imagined. And they let you keep the little plastic shaker with the drink recipe on it.
So to answer YUM!'s post from Nov. 2009:
Charley's® Cotton Candy Cosmo
1 1/2 oz. SKYY vodka
1/2 oz. XR Fusion Liqueur
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Shake and pour over Cotton Candy
