Building a community of regular customers to your bar encourages customers to come back to your bar for more than just your food & beverages. One chain of bars that does this particularly well is the Winking Lizard Tavern Group. I made a little video on a recent visit to demonstrate how they do this and how you can do something similar in your establishment.
