Barry, I am posting your videos and blog articles to a forum for innkeepers. So much of what you say translates to OUR hospitality wing - B&B's - serving people at our Inns. This line from your video is GOLD "PEOPLE BUY WITH THEIR EYES."

In our industry the website is the deal breaker. Photos photos photos. Does not matter how fantastic the rooms are, they will never know if they do not book a room!
