Old Man Sues Bar After Tripping Over Dog & Losing Sex Drive

Just when you thought the worst insurance claims you would have to deal with were customers slipping on a wet floor or contracting food poisoning, this story comes out of New York.
The lawsuit claims the gentleman in question suffered “severe pain, shock, mental anguish” after he tripped over a Pomeranian. The tumble somehow “ruined his sex life” with his wife, Jaclyn, and he tells the Daily News, “What can I say? It’s the story of my life. I was in a brace for two months.”
In a time when making a profit is getting harder and harder, stories like this are harder and harder to stomach. Dubious individuals intent on abusing the insurance system drive rates higher and higher.

Dogs are welcome in most British Pubs with no problem. They are/ have poven a great source of revenue to hotels.But then is a pomeranian a dog ???
I agree Matt! Guide Dogs for the Blind are the only dogs that should be allowed. Although I did recently hear of dogs that sniff out peanuts in foods for those with allergies! Should they be allowed?
Keep Pomeranian's out of restaurant's and bars.

It would appear that although a pomeranian doesnt look like a dog...they actually have been granted that status!
And I agree that they are a great source of potential revenue for hotels.
