If Snowmageddon has kept your customers at home, well, you have options.
You could copy what the creative bar managers have done in the nation’s capital.
Bar Dupont at the Dupont Hotel in Washington DC opens an “ice bar” on its outdoor terrace from noon to sunset today, grilling up sausages and serving mulled wine and a full bar.
The promotion is a repeat of the restaurant’s efforts Saturday, where the ice bar served participants in the Dupont Circle mass snowball fight (which is expected to make a re-appearance today).
