I came across this unique system for bars at the Nightclub & Bar Show in Las Vegas this week. The Drink Exchange is a Stock Market Pricing system for the drinks in the bar whereby the price of the drinks fluctuates depending on how many have been ordered. I asked the Founder Todd Schram to explain more about it:
